Privacy Policy

1. Publisher

The AnkorstoreBoard Chrome extension ("the Extension") is published by Dyneoz LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Data we collect

None. AnkorstoreBoard does not collect, transmit, store on external servers or share any data about you.

The Extension runs entirely inside your browser. All information you create or use within it (margin settings, products saved to your swipe file, notes, tags) is stored exclusively on your device, via the chrome.storage.local API provided by your browser.

3. Data processed locally

The following data is processed and stored only on your device, and never leaves your browser:

• Calculation settings: your markup or target margin, VAT rate, currency, locale.
• Swipe file: for each product you save — title, brand, price, image, URL, your personal notes and tags.
• Margin snapshots: for each saved product, the numbers as computed at the moment you saved it.

You can delete this data at any time from within the extension (individual product deletion or full uninstall of the extension).

4. Permissions requested by the Extension

When you install the extension, Chrome informs you about the permissions requested by AnkorstoreBoard:

• storage — To locally store your settings and your swipe file in your browser. This permission does not grant any network access.
• Access to ankorstore.com — To allow the Extension to display the margin calculation overlay on Ankorstore product pages. The Extension reads visible page content (price, title, brand) for its calculations, but does not transmit anything outside your browser.

The Extension does not request any other permission. No access to your browsing history, no access to your other tabs, no access to your credentials.

5. Cookies and trackers

The Extension does not use any cookie, any analytics tracker (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Mixpanel, nothing), no advertising pixel, no third-party SDK.

6. Third-party communication

None. The Extension does not contact any external server — including ours. You can verify this in the Chrome DevTools network tab while using the Extension.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

Since we do not collect any data, most GDPR rights (right of access, rectification, erasure, portability) are fulfilled by design: this data is already with you and under your exclusive control.

To erase all your data, simply uninstall the Extension: Chrome then removes all associated local storage data.

If you email us, your email address is used only to respond. It is not shared, nor added to any marketing list.

8. Newsletter subscription (optional)

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter via our website dyneoz.com/ankorstoreboard, your email address is transmitted to our email provider (Web3Forms, which relays the message to our inbox) and then stored in our email sending tool (Resend) for the sole purpose of sending you product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email. This subscription is entirely independent from using the Extension: not subscribing does not limit any feature.

9. Security

Since your data stays locally on your device, its security depends on the security of your Chrome profile and device. We recommend using a strong password on your session and keeping your browser up to date.

10. Minors

The Extension is intended for professional use (retailers, independent boutiques). It is neither designed for nor targeted at minors.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The last update date is shown at the top of this page. For substantial changes, we will communicate via the Extension's homepage and via our newsletter (if you are subscribed).
