The overlay doesn't appear on product pages ⌄
A few things to check:
- You're logged in to your retailer Ankorstore account.
- The extension is enabled in
chrome://extensions. - Reload the page (Cmd+R / Ctrl+R) or restart Chrome.
- The URL must be on an ankorstore.com subdomain (fr, de, en, it, es, nl).
If the issue persists, email us with the exact URL of the page concerned.
The displayed price isn't the wholesale price ⌄
If you see the "🔒 RRP shown" badge, it means you're not logged in to Ankorstore as a retailer, or the wholesale price hasn't been loaded by Ankorstore yet. Log in, reload the page — the overlay will automatically update with the real wholesale price.
I lost my swipe file ⌄
Your swipe file is stored locally in your Chrome profile. It may be lost if:
- You uninstall then reinstall the extension.
- You clear your Chrome browsing data (including "extension data").
- You use another Chrome profile or another device (sync will arrive in the Pro version).
Tip: regularly export your swipe file to CSV or HTML to keep a backup.
How do I change my settings? ⌄
Click the "⚙ Settings" button in the overlay, or click directly on the AnkorstoreBoard icon in the Chrome toolbar, then on the Settings tab.
Difference between Markup × and Target margin %? ⌄
Markup × 2.5: your retail price = wholesale × 2.5. Simple, predictable, but your margin varies depending on the wholesale price.
Target margin 60%: your retail price is computed to guarantee 60% margin on every product, whatever the wholesale price.
Both give the same result on a given product if markup ×2.5 ↔ margin 60%. The difference is what stays fixed when the wholesale price changes.
