1. Who we are

PitMaster Log ("the App") is developed and published by Dyneoz LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA (Entity Number 8078877, EIN 30-1480343), with its registered address at 704 Wallace St, Suite 565, Clovis, NM 88101, United States ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal data. The App is designed to function entirely on your device. Specifically:

• All cook sessions, photos, temperature logs, and notes you create are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• We do not transmit, store, or have access to any of this data on remote servers.
• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tools, or tracking technologies.
• We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, location data, contacts, or any other personal information.

3. Photos

If you choose to attach photos to your cook sessions, the App accesses your photo library only with your explicit permission, granted via iOS's standard photo picker. The selected photos are stored locally within the App's data and are never uploaded anywhere.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (PitMaster Pro). All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We do not receive, see, or store any of your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to these transactions and is available at apple.com/legal/privacy.

5. Children's privacy (COPPA)

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children, as we do not collect data from any user. The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and contains no content inappropriate for young users.

6. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and worldwide)

Because we do not collect or process any personal data, traditional data subject rights (access, deletion, portability, opt-out) do not apply in practice — there is simply no data on our side to access or delete.

You retain full control over your data, which lives exclusively on your device:

• Access and portability: All your cook sessions are visible within the App. A future export feature will allow you to export your data as PDF.
• Deletion: You can delete individual sessions within the App, or delete all data by uninstalling the App from your device.
• Opt-out: Not applicable, as no data is collected or shared.

7. iCloud Backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your iPhone, your App data may be included in your iCloud backups. This is managed entirely by Apple under your iCloud account. We have no access to these backups. See Apple's iCloud privacy practices at apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/icloud.

8. Third-party services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that would process your data. The only third party involved in your use of the App is Apple Inc., for App Store distribution and in-app purchase processing.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we ever introduce data collection features in the future, we will require your explicit consent and update this policy accordingly before doing so.
