By downloading, installing, or using the PocketDeal application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

PocketDeal is an iOS mobile application that allows two individuals to formalize an informal loan agreement between themselves by entering its terms and generating a shareable PDF document. The App operates entirely locally on the user's device, with no central server, no user account, and no data transmission to the publisher.
The PDF document generated by the App is an informal agreement between private individuals. It does not constitute a notarized deed, a bank loan contract, or any other regulated financial instrument, in any jurisdiction. It only has the value of a written record of an agreement between the signing parties, within the limits of applicable local law.
The publisher does not guarantee the legal enforceability of the generated document before any court and shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from its use as evidence in judicial or amicable proceedings. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the generated document meets the legal requirements of their jurisdiction if they intend to rely on it for evidentiary purposes.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with the laws applicable in your country of residence.
The App offers a single non-consumable in-app purchase at the price displayed on the App Store, which unlocks unlimited contract creation. This purchase is processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. The publisher has no access to any payment data.
Any request for refund, cancellation, or dispute regarding this purchase must be addressed to Apple through its dedicated channels: reportaproblem.apple.com. The publisher cannot directly process any refund request, in accordance with the App Store terms.
For users residing in the European Union, the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU applies subject to its exceptions, in particular the one concerning the supply of digital content where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By confirming the purchase, the user acknowledges immediate access to the unlocked content.
The App, its code, design, text, and graphic elements are the exclusive property of Dyneoz LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation is prohibited.
Data entered by users (names, amounts, dates, descriptions) remains their property and is stored exclusively on their device.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The publisher shall not be held liable for:
It is the user's responsibility to make their own backups (export and share the generated PDF).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, the publisher's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New Mexico.
This clause applies without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the legislation of your country of residence. If you reside in the European Union, you retain the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
