FaireBoard is a Chrome extension that helps independent retailers save, organize, and price products from Faire.com. This page explains exactly what data the extension touches, where it lives, and what your rights are.
FaireBoard does not run any backend. We do not operate a server. Every product, list, and setting you create with the extension is stored locally in your own browser and never leaves your computer. We have no ability to read it, copy it, or share it.
When you visit a product page on https://www.faire.com, the extension reads the product information that page already displays — title, brand, images, wholesale and retail prices, taxonomy. This is the same data your browser is already rendering for you. Nothing is read from any other website.
When you click Save on the in-page button, the extracted product is written to your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local).
The following items are stored on your device only:
All of this lives in chrome.storage.local on your machine.
None. FaireBoard does not contact any server operated by Dyneoz LLC. There is no analytics SDK, no error reporting backend, no telemetry, no user account. Network activity is limited to:
fetch() to https://www.faire.com/* performed only when you visit a product page, used to read the product data the page already displays. We do not send anything to dyneoz.com or any other domain.
Dyneoz LLC does not collect, store, transmit, or process any user data on its own infrastructure through FaireBoard. We have no current plans to introduce server-side data collection. If this ever changes in a future version of the extension, the change will be announced through the Chrome Web Store listing, this policy will be updated accordingly, and explicit user consent will be requested before any collection begins.
There are none. We do not embed third-party scripts, trackers, fingerprinters, or advertising libraries.
Because the data is local, you control it directly:
chrome.storage.local automatically when an extension is uninstalled.Because no data leaves your device, there is no controller-held information for Dyneoz LLC to access, rectify, port, or erase on your behalf. Any request normally addressed to a data controller under the GDPR (EU), CCPA/CPRA (California), UK GDPR, LGPD (Brazil), or similar regimes is structurally satisfied by the fact that the data has never reached us.
FaireBoard is published worldwide. Although Dyneoz LLC is incorporated in the United States, the extension does not transfer user data across borders because it does not transmit user data at all. Users in any jurisdiction may install and use the extension under the terms of this policy.
FaireBoard is a business-to-business tool for retailers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this URL with an updated date. Material changes will also be reflected in the extension's Chrome Web Store listing.
Questions about this policy or about the extension's data handling can be sent to contact@dyneoz.com.
