How do I link my account to my partner?
Open the app and tap "Create our couple". You'll get a QR code. Your partner scans it from their device by tapping "Join my partner". That's it — you're linked forever.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your couple data is stored in iCloud. Re-install the app and sign in with your Apple ID — your nest, resources, and history will be restored automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → CoupleClash → Cancel Subscription. Your Premium access stays active until the end of the billing period.
How do I request a refund?
All refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
How do I delete my account and data?
Use the "Reset couple" option in the app's Profile tab, or email us at contact@dyneoz.com and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
The app crashed or something isn't working.
Try force-quitting and relaunching the app. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@dyneoz.com with a description of the issue and your iOS version.
