1. About the app
CoupleClash is a mobile game developed by Dyneoz LLC, designed exclusively for two users in a relationship. The app includes mini-games, daily questions, and a shared progression system ("the Nest").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CoupleClash. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement. The app is intended for adults (18+) in romantic relationships.
3. Account & Linking
CoupleClash does not require a traditional account. You create a profile (first name + avatar) and link to your partner via a QR code. You are responsible for keeping your QR code private and only sharing it with your intended partner.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app in any unlawful manner
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
- Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Link your account to someone without their consent
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
CoupleClash offers an optional Premium subscription ($4.99/month) and one-time Gem packs. All purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. By purchasing, you agree to Apple's payment terms.
- Free trial: A 7-day free trial is offered for new Premium subscribers. You will be charged after the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
- Cancellation: Manage and cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds: Handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
- Virtual currency: Gems are virtual currency with no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.
6. Intellectual property
All content in CoupleClash — including illustrations, game logic, questions, sounds, and branding — is owned by Dyneoz LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
CoupleClash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times or free of errors. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from app bugs or device failure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dyneoz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dyneoz LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
